How is your turf priced?
Pricing is determined by the total number of square feet of lawn that needs to be installed. So, you will need to know your square footage before an accurate price can be established. If you need help determining your square footage, see our How To Measure section. If you have new construction, you can fax us a copy of your lot survey and we can help estimate your square footage. Once you have your square footage, you can use this table to determine your square footage price.

Installation simply adds .10¢ per square foot to the price of the turf. If we were installing 4500 square feet of turf, the turf would be .21¢ per square foot, installation would add .10¢ per square foot, for a total of .31¢ per square foot.
Delivery charge is $65.00 within the first 35 miles, and $2.50 per mile over 35 miles. Minimum area for installation is 3000 square feet, quantities less than 3000 square feet will incur a minimum charge of $350.00 for installation.
What roll sizes do you have available?
Small Roll – 2' by 5'
For the do-it-yourself install, our 2' by 5' small rolls are lightweight, easily manageable, and help cut waste at the outer edge of your jobsite. Combined with our delivery services, they will help you complete your job with minimal effort. All our trucks are equipped with forklifts to spot turf where you need it, saving you the time and effort of moving the turf.
Large Roll – 4' by up to 150'
For those wanting professional installation we offer our 4' wide rolls up to 150' in length, the largest roll available in Michigan. Our team of professional installers will have your bare land looking lush and green with 70% less seems in just hours.
How much sod comes on a pallet?
We stack 64 small rolls on a pallet, totaling 640 square feet of turf per pallet. Our pallets are 4' by 4' square, and weigh an average of 1500 lbs. A standard half ton pickup truck can handle one pallet of turf at a time.
How much time in advance do I need to order?
As with most any order, the sooner it is placed the better. Typically we require 24 hours for pickup, a 2 to 3 day notice for deliveries, and 5 to 7 days for installation. This does not mean we cannot operate on a shorter notice, but we take orders on a first come, first served basis, so we may not be able to offer your first choice of delivery time. The more notice you can give us the better your chances we can offer a delivery time of your choice. We will always be as flexible and as accommodating as possible in all scheduling.

We blend 5 of the latest, highest quality genetic hybrids of Kentucky Bluegrass to ensure disease and drought resistance in a wide variety of growing settings.
